Meet Kristine keegan

Kristine fell in love with yoga after her first practice in 2006.  Amazed & excited by the effect yoga had not only on her physical body, but the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as well, she knew she had found her calling.  Kristine received her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification from the Sacred Seeds Yoga School.  She is certified in Reiki, Restorative, and Yin Yoga.
All levels are warmly welcome to her class.
