Meet Natalie Fortier

she/her/hers)

Natalie found her personal yoga practice when she was in need of slowing down while working in a fast-paced job. She took a leap of faith into deeper self discovery, leaving Corporate America and diving heart first into yoga. She completed her 200hr Hatha/Vinyasa YTT with Full Circle Yoga School in 2021 and completed an additional 108hr YTT in Meditation. It is through yoga that she has been healing her mind and body and is so grateful to be able to share the practice with others.

The heart of practicing with Natalie is to slow down and find stillness within. She helps her students listen to their bodies, connect to their inner voice, and find the courage to reach into their hearts. She enjoys teaching both a soft, gentle dance of a slow flow practice as well as a more dynamic, fiery vinyasa.

When not practicing, she loves spending time with her husband and cat, walking barefoot by the sea, or cooking warm, nourishing meals.
