Meet KAT RAYMOND

yRYT200, Kat has been practicing YOGA for 15+ years. She found her way to yoga as a way to navigate everyday stresses with a dedicated practice. Grateful for the multitude of teachers along her journey, Kat looks to bring that learning mindset to her classes. She believes yoga can become something that helps students both on and off the mat through breath work, mind/body awareness and community connection.
