As the founder of 1 Light Creations, a general contractor, former professional chef, and mystic shamanic healer of the Path of Fire, he has spent a lifetime mastering the art of transformation—whether shaping lumber into homes, raw ingredients into nourishing meals, or the self into a vessel for the Divine. Raised on a small family farm in Maine and fueled today by the joys of fatherhood and mountain biking, Jake brings a wealth of lived wisdom to the mat. As a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, Jake channels this lifetime of experience into Blue Star Yoga, the premier yoga offering from 1 Light Creations. Deeply rooted in Hindu mythology and the mystic truth of our shared oneness, his practice bridges the physical and the divine.
