Tuition:
$3000 paid in full or in two payments by December 31, 2025 $2800 early bird rate in full by October 31, 2025 Payment arrangements will be made once your application is accepted. Contact us with any questions about payments at [email protected] Location, Dates & Hours: Training will be held at Scarborough Yoga in the Oasis Building at 433 US Rt. 1 Scarborough, Maine. This building has multiple bathrooms, purified water and a kitchen for food refrigeration. There’s ample space to spread out in the lounge during breaks or for small group discussion. We love our abundant, friendly space and welcome you to feel at home here! One snow date weekend will be added if necessary. Please commit to all weekends. Exceptions may be made for family emergencies and not for vacations. Any hours missed must be made up in full in order to receive your 200-hour certificate. Saturdays and Sundays 11:30-7:30 pm, Mondays 9-5. (The 2 Mondays are calendar holidays) January 17-19, Saturday - Monday 3 days Feb 14-16, Saturday - Monday 3 days Mar 7-8, Saturday - Sunday 2 days March 21-22, Saturday - Sunday 2 days April 11-12. Saturday - Sunday 2 days April 26-27, Saturday - Sunday 2 days May 9-10, Saturday - Sunday 2 days May 30-31, Saturday - Sunday 2 days June 13-14, Saturday - Sunday 2 days June 27-28 Saturday - Sunday 2 days Graduation / Snow dates if needed Note: The final weekend scheduled to be a lighter weekend as it is graduation time! It may also double as a makeup weekend in case of a weather event earlier in the schedule. During the program, additional schedule changes may be made if needed and will be communicated in advance. Kristine Keegan, ERYT500, Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer
Kristine Keegan is an RYT 500 and REIKI Master Practitioner attuned in the Traditional Usui Lineage. Originally receiving her 200 hour yoga certification with Sacred Seeds School/Jacqui Bonwell in 2014, Kristine is additionally trained to lead Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Yin, and Thai Yoga Massage. She further expanded her repertoire adding Level 1 & 2 Sound Healing. In addition to teaching weekly yoga classes, Kristine offers private sessions, and workshops spanning all of her experience and talents. She also offers Reiki I, II, and Master certifications and attunements and Reiki sessions for energy clearing and balancing. |

Andrea started practicing Yoga when she was training for a triathlon. Chronically pulling a rib out of alignment during training, she treated with a chiropractor who told her she could do more for herself than he could do and told her to practice yoga. Thus began a new journey and her love for the practice of yoga. Andrea is trained in Vinyasa but focuses her teachings on the quieter practice of Yin Yoga. “Yin Yoga balances the Yang in my life, of which there is plenty!”, she says. “Practicing yoga creates breathing room. Room to pause before I react and recover when I do react to life’s challenges.” |
