Location, Dates & Hours
Training will be offered January into June 2026. Sessions will be held at Scarborough Yoga 433 US Rt. 1 Scarborough, Maine according to Yoga Alliance standards and recommendations.
Dates: January - June 2026
One snow date weekend will be added if necessary. Please plan to commit to all weekends without exception. Exceptions may be made for family emergencies and not for vacations. Any hours missed must be made up in full in order to receive your 200-hour certificate.
Saturdays and Sundays 11:30-7:30 pm, Mondays 9-5
(the 2 Mondays are calendar holidays)

January 17-19, Saturday - Monday 3 days
Weekend 2:
Feb 14-16, Saturday - Monday 3 days
Weekend 3:
Mar 7-8, Saturday - Sunday 2 days
Weekend 4:
March 21-22, Saturday - Sunday 2 days
Weekend 5:
April 11-12. Saturday - Sunday 2 days
Weekend 6:
April 26-27, Saturday - Sunday 2 days
Weekend 7:
May 9-10, Saturday - Sunday 2 days
Weekend 8:
May 30-31, Saturday - Sunday 2 days
Weekend 9:
June 13-14, Saturday - Sunday 2 days
Weekend 10:
June 27-28 Saturday - Sunday 2 days Graduation / Snow dates if needed
Note: June 27-28 is scheduled to be a lighter weekend as it is graduation time! It may also double as a makeup weekend in case of a weather event earlier in the schedule.
During the program, additional schedule changes may be made if needed and will be communicated in advance.

Foundational Student Expectations
Attendance at all sessions is required
Completed assignments and readings as assigned in the syllabus.
Maintain a Journal for in-class and between reflections to capture your experience and perspective
Develop a regular meditation practice & share reflections throughout training
Attend 5 classes of different styles and write a brief observation for each in addition to other consistent yoga practice throughout training.
Maintain a strong code of personal and professional conduct and respect the privacy and sanctity of your cohort.
Be curious. Be open minded. Be brave.
Most importantly - be you.
